ONLINE SHOP FAQ’S:
Do you run this shop?
Yes and no! I run the front end, but orders are fulfilled and shipped out by the team over at Printful. Note that we follow all of Printful’s shipping policies, which you can read here.
What currency are the shop prices in?
All shop prices are in GBP.
I placed an order but don’t have tracking info!
After you place your order it will take 3-7 days for fulfillment. Once your product is printed, it can take up to 48 hours to receive your tracking info. This will come as an email from the Printful team. For more info, you can read Printful’s FAQ here.
When will I get my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but estimates are listed at Printful.
Please note that the high quality Organic t-shirts that are listed on this site, are only fulfilled by Printful in the UK, Spain and Latvia and so may take longer to arrive if you are outside of Europe – please see the product information here with shipping estimates listed further down the page.
Where will my order ship from?
Printful works with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. They normally ship from whichever location will be the fastest based on location and stock availability.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbor’s doorstep in case the courier left the package with them.
My order never arrived:
If your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery time, there may have been an issue with your shipping address. If this is the case, your order will have been returned to the Printful warehouse. Please contact support with your updated shipping address.
Note that we follow all of Printful’s shipping policies, which you can read here. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at Printful’s expense. Claims that are not deemed an error on Printful’s part can be handled directly through the shipping company.
How are your products made?
Printful is a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Contact us within 7 days with your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us. We will ask for photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll try and sort things out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and we’ll ask for photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
